SVENTK Terms of Service
Effective date: October 2, 2026
Provider: SVENTK LLC
Support and legal notices: [email protected]
1. Your agreement and beta availability
By accepting these Terms at checkout or signing an Order Form, you agree to these Terms, your Order Form, and the Privacy Policy. A negotiated signed agreement controls a direct conflict. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business, provide its records, connect its accounts, and authorize its users and advisers.
SVENTK is preparing its founding beta. Some features and connections are available only in a limited pilot, and others are being prepared for activation. Publishing these Terms does not announce that every plan or feature is available today. The plan descriptions below state our commitments for those plans when opened for paid enrollment. Before taking payment, we will identify the purchased plan, its availability, and its start date. We will not charge for a promised service that we cannot provide.
Future or separately identified preview capabilities are not included merely because we discuss them. Features involving outside accounts, communications, or financial records require the relevant authorization before activation.
2. One business per subscription
Each subscription covers one named business or legal entity. An owner may manage multiple separately subscribed businesses. Their records, connections, permissions, and limits remain separate; limits cannot be pooled without written approval. Your Order Form or checkout confirmation identifies your business, plan, fees, limits, and start date.
3. Plans and capacity
The following scope applies when the corresponding plan is available for paid enrollment:
| Plan | Included scope | Uploaded-document limit |
|---|---|---|
| TaxReady | Document organization, missing-item and deadline tracking, readiness status, and CPA-ready export | 200 per tax year |
| TaxReady Books | TaxReady plus AI-prepared transaction intake and categorization, reconciliation preparation, owner exception queue, owner-approved monthly close, reports, and QuickBooks connectivity | 100 per month |
| TaxReady Books for Rentals | Books plus property-level categorization and reporting, shared expenses, rental exceptions, and capital-improvement review | 250 per month |
Rentals includes five residential rental properties. Each additional rental unit costs $20 per month. Your Order Form must identify the properties and units covered by the included allowance and each additional unit and charge before purchase. We do not apply an undisclosed additional-unit calculation. One uploaded file counts as one document. Higher-volume needs require review before enrollment. There are no automatic document-overage charges during beta.
4. Founding-beta prices and billing
The founding beta is limited to ten customers. Its monthly prices are $29 for TaxReady, $79 for TaxReady Books, and $99 for TaxReady Books for Rentals, with no setup fee, annual billing, or free trial. If your Order Form confirms founding-beta eligibility, your selected plan's founding-beta monthly price continues for as long as you remain continuously subscribed. Ending the beta does not end this commitment. The document and rental allowances still apply.
These prices apply to new founding-beta subscriptions beginning October 2, 2026. Existing continuously subscribed founding-beta customers retain the rate confirmed at their original checkout, and existing discounts remain in effect.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You authorize recurring charges through checkout, including disclosed applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected] or using a cancellation control if available. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Charges are generally nonrefundable, except duplicate or incorrect charges or when SVENTK cannot provide the purchased service. Nothing limits refunds required by law.
We will explain the price effect of a requested plan change before you agree to it. We will notify you of a failed payment and provide an opportunity to correct it before terminating the subscription. We will not treat a payment-processing error caused by SVENTK as your decision to end continuous subscription. Any additional billing terms must be disclosed before purchase and cannot silently override the founding-beta price commitment.
5. Your records and responsibilities
You own your content and grant SVENTK and its service providers permission to process it as necessary to provide, secure, and support your selected service. You must have the required rights and permissions. Provide accurate information, maintain source records, review material outputs, respond to exceptions, secure your accounts, and promptly report suspected errors or unauthorized access. Do not share passwords or verification codes.
6. AI and professional decisions
Enabled AI features help extract and classify information, identify missing items, summarize activity, suggest bookkeeping treatment, and prepare drafts. Their output may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for final decisions, books, filings, taxes, deadlines, and payments. SVENTK may require your review or professional review when appropriate.
SVENTK provides software and administrative assistance, not legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment, payroll, or financial advice. The services described in these Terms do not prepare or file tax returns, operate payroll, move money, manage property, collect rent, handle tenant funds, or manage leases. No professional-client, fiduciary, agency, or trust relationship is created. Consult qualified advisers and do not use SVENTK as your sole source of required records.
Jeanette's planned expansion into additional business-assistant functions does not authorize new actions or give her unrestricted access to your business. Any such capability will require a clear description, appropriate permissions, and any additional terms or consent needed before activation.
7. Connections and protected actions
Connections and automatic actions require separate authorization for the selected business. You can revoke optional connections through the connected provider's controls or request help from SVENTK; doing so can stop dependent features. Connected providers have their own terms and may experience outages or change their services.
When QuickBooks action features are activated, eligible actions will have Off, Draft for Approval, or Automatic settings. Choosing Automatic will authorize only supported routine, low-risk actions within approved limits. AI confidence alone will not authorize a write. Material, conflicting, tax-sensitive, payroll, money-movement, refund, reconciled-period, or closed-period actions will be blocked or require separate approval. You will approve monthly close. Before making authorized writes available, SVENTK will provide checks, result records, and a correction path. Live posting will be available only when enabled for your business.
8. Your external reviewer
Each paid plan will include one External Reviewer seat when opened for enrollment. You select and pay your own bookkeeper or CPA; SVENTK does not endorse or guarantee them. Before reviewer access is activated, it will require a verified account, multifactor authentication, and your invitation. Unused invitations will expire after 72 hours; accepted access will last 30 days unless renewed or revoked sooner.
Access will be limited to your selected business and will default to recommendations only. It will not authorize direct QuickBooks edits, final posting, closed-period changes, billing, money movement, refunds, credentials, destructive actions, or user administration.
9. Communications and support
When professional-question, reminder, and packet-delivery features are activated, you will separately control eligible communications through Off, Draft for Approval, or Automatic settings. Automatic messages will remain within your authorized recipients, business, message types, and frequency. Protected details will require authenticated access. Necessary account and security notices may still be sent. Marketing messages remain subject to consent and opt-out requirements; email delivery is not guaranteed.
For the paid beta, SVENTK commits to making AI assistance available around the clock, subject to interruptions, and targets human review within two business days, Monday through Friday, when needed. A receipt-only acknowledgment is not a substantive response. Complex issues will receive updates without a guaranteed resolution time. Urgent security or data-integrity concerns will receive prioritized human review the next business day, with the affected action paused where necessary to contain the issue. These are beta targets, not an uptime or service-level guarantee. This support commitment begins when your paid subscription starts.
Until then, send questions and privacy or security requests to [email protected].
10. Privacy, export, and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains information processing, retention, and requests. You may request an export and separately request deletion. Cancellation does not automatically delete records. Legal obligations, documented legal holds, security, fraud prevention, disputes, and provider limitations may affect retention. We will explain applicable exceptions or limitations when responding to a verified request. Deleting SVENTK data does not automatically delete records in your connected services.
11. Acceptable use and suspension
Do not upload malware, misuse another person's information, send unlawful or abusive communications, bypass security, access another business without permission, or use SVENTK unlawfully. Secure your accounts, use available multifactor authentication, and remove former users promptly.
SVENTK may pause affected access for security, authorization, legal, data-integrity, platform, capacity, nonpayment, or abuse concerns, limiting the affected scope when reasonably possible. Material breaches may lead to termination after notice and an opportunity to cure; unlawful use, fraud, or an immediate serious risk may require immediate termination. Suspension or termination does not eliminate applicable refund obligations.
12. Ownership and confidentiality
SVENTK and its licensors own the service, excluding your content. Payment and compliance permit internal use during your subscription. You grant SVENTK permission to use voluntary feedback to improve and commercialize the service without identifying you or revealing your content. Neither party may use the other's name, logo, testimonial, or case study publicly without written permission.
Each party must reasonably protect the other's confidential information and restrict disclosure to authorized people and providers who need it. Information already lawfully known, independently developed, lawfully received elsewhere, or publicly available without breach is excluded. Google information is also subject to the stricter commitments in the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SVENTK is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, title, or noninfringement. Beta features may contain errors or interruptions. SVENTK does not guarantee perfect output or a particular professional, governmental, tax, financial, or business result.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity. SVENTK's aggregate liability for an affected subscription is limited to fees paid or payable for that subscription during the six months preceding the event.
You will defend and indemnify SVENTK and its personnel against third-party claims arising from content supplied without required rights, unlawful or prohibited use, or your material breach. SVENTK will provide prompt notice and reasonable cooperation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes, disputes, and notices
SVENTK may update the service for security, legal or provider requirements, corrections, and improvements. Materially reduced paid scope requires notice, except urgent protective changes. This does not override the founding-beta price commitment or refund rights. Material legal changes receive notice and renewed acceptance where required.
Ohio law governs, subject to mandatory applicable law. Before suit, the parties will attempt resolution for 30 days after written notice, including a management conference. Proceedings belong in a court with jurisdiction in Medina County, Ohio, unless law requires otherwise. Clearly identify legal notices and send them to [email protected]; customer notices use the Order Form contacts.
The agreement includes these Terms, the Order Form, the Privacy Policy, and signed addenda. Waivers must be written. Unenforceable provisions are severed only as necessary. Assignment requires written consent. Electronic acceptance and signatures are permitted.
15. SVENTK LLC SMS updates
SMS program terms added September 29, 2026. The SVENTK LLC SMS updates program provides informational and transactional messages to people who request them through our SMS signup page. Messages may include account and service notifications, document-processing status, and replies to support requests. This program does not enroll you in promotional or marketing texts. SMS delivery begins only after registration approval and service activation.
By submitting the signup widget after reviewing its consent notice, you authorize SVENTK LLC to contact the mobile number you provide for the informational or transactional purposes described there, including by automated means. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the number. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with your account activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After an opt-out confirmation, no further messages from this SMS program will be sent unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected]. You can also request assistance with your messaging preferences by email. Notify us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.
Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS as your only source of a deadline, required action, or urgent notice. Do not send passwords, verification codes, tax documents, or financial account details by text. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent records.
