SVENTK Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains how SVENTK LLC handles information from visitors, business customers, and authorized users. SVENTK helps businesses organize records, prepare for tax and bookkeeping review, and use Jeanette, our business assistant.

SVENTK is preparing its founding beta. Some features and connections are available only in a limited pilot; others will become available as they are activated. A description of a feature in this policy explains how information is handled when that feature is enabled. It does not mean the feature is currently available to every customer. We will disclose material changes to how we use information and obtain additional consent when required before using it for a new purpose.

Customers decide which business records they provide and which connections they authorize. We also use account, billing, and security information to operate SVENTK. Your subscription agreement describes the service you purchase.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your use of SVENTK, we receive:

  • Account and business information: names, contact details, sign-in information, business profiles, properties, preferences, business membership, and subscription status.
  • Business records: documents, receipts, statements, extracted fields, transaction details, categories, review decisions, and connected-account identifiers.
  • Conversations and requests: questions sent to Jeanette, recent conversation context, setup status, support communications, assessment responses, and authorization records.
  • Technical information: sign-in and session information, usage counters, error records, and operational or security events generated when you use our systems.

Information comes from you, your authorized users, connected services, and use of our systems. Provide only information you have authority to share. Do not send passwords, one-time security codes, or unnecessary sensitive information through chat or support. We do not ask for your bank, Google, or QuickBooks password. Payment-card information is handled by our payment provider.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide the features you request, identify your business and authorized users, organize records, prepare summaries and review items, manage subscriptions, answer requests, troubleshoot problems, protect accounts, and meet applicable obligations.

Features that connect an outside account or perform an action on your behalf require the relevant authorization. We do not treat a general decision to use SVENTK as permission to connect every account or perform every possible action. If a planned feature is not enabled, describing it here does not authorize us to collect the information it would require.

4. Jeanette and AI processing

Jeanette may answer simple setup questions using SVENTK's saved status. For other questions, SVENTK sends your question, recent conversation supplied by your browser, and a limited business setup summary to OpenAI to generate a response. That context may contain information you enter in chat.

The current chat keeps its conversation in browser memory. A new chat, business switch, sign-out, or page reload clears that conversation from the app's memory. SVENTK does not currently keep it as a server transcript. We retain request counters to enforce usage limits. Clearing a chat does not delete information that was separately saved as a business record or sent to another provider.

When AI document classification is enabled, SVENTK sends the complete PDF being processed, including its contents, to OpenAI. Classification results and document records are retained in the business's storage and record systems. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before reliance.

SVENTK requests that OpenAI not store responses as retrievable response objects. OpenAI may still retain information under its applicable terms and account data controls, including for service security. This setting is not a promise of zero provider retention.

Jeanette's future capabilities may require different information or permissions. We will explain material changes before activating them and obtain any additional authorization or consent required. This policy does not authorize Jeanette to independently move money, send messages, or access an account you have not connected.

5. Google connections and Limited Use

When you connect Gmail, SVENTK can read authorized business emails and attachments and organize them with labels. The requested Gmail permission also permits modifying mailbox content and is broader than access to a single attachment. When you connect Drive, access covers files and folders created by or specifically shared with SVENTK, rather than every file in your Drive. We also receive identity information to identify the Google account you selected. Google authorization tokens are encrypted in SVENTK's connection storage.

Google information supports the customer-facing email, document, organization, and review features you authorize. When an authorized feature uses AI document processing, the complete document may be sent to the AI provider as described above. We will disclose that use and obtain the required consent before enabling it.

SVENTK's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and the applicable Google Workspace API user data and developer policy.

We limit Google data, including information derived from it, to the permitted customer-facing features you authorize. Transfers for those features require your consent. Other transfers are limited to permitted security needs, applicable legal requirements, or a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with your explicit prior consent.

People may read specific Google messages, files, or other data only with your documented affirmative agreement, or when necessary for permitted security or legal compliance purposes. A general support request alone does not authorize reading your files.

We do not sell Google data, provide it to advertisers or data brokers, use it for advertising or lending decisions, or use it to train or improve generalized AI models. We do not permit providers or personnel to use that information for those purposes.

You can revoke SVENTK's access through your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops access as Google makes it effective. It does not itself erase previously processed business records or files in your own Drive. Contact us separately if you want previously processed information deleted.

6. Providers and other disclosures

Our systems use Cloudflare for application hosting and operational storage; Supabase for authentication and business membership; Airtable for business records; Make for automation; OpenAI for the processing described above; Google for authorized email and file storage; and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for website, funnel, and customer workflows. Stripe, Plaid, and Intuit QuickBooks process relevant payment or financial information when their corresponding services are enabled and authorized.

Provider access depends on the feature and its configuration and permissions. We use providers to perform services for SVENTK; their involvement does not authorize unrelated uses of your business records. Information may be processed outside your state or country by these providers. We will apply safeguards required by applicable law to any international transfer and can provide information about a relevant transfer on request. Our founding beta is intended for United States business customers.

AttachmentAV is a planned malware-scanning provider. If we activate it, files submitted for scanning will be transmitted in full to that service before further processing. We will make the provider disclosure and required notices available before that processing begins.

We may also disclose information at your direction, to meet legal obligations, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction, subject to applicable restrictions. The stricter Google rules above control disclosures of Google data.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information according to the purpose for which it is held. Relevant considerations include whether your account or requested feature is active, whether you need continued access to business records, whether a request or dispute remains unresolved, applicable legal obligations, security and fraud-prevention needs, and the controls available in the systems that hold the information. We do not promise one deletion period for every category of information.

Cancellation, disconnection, and deletion are different actions. Canceling a subscription does not itself instruct us to destroy business records. Revoking a connection does not itself erase information already processed. You may request an export or deletion separately.

We will review a verified request across the relevant systems and explain what we can provide or delete, what must be retained, and any provider or recovery-copy limitations affecting completion. If information remains subject to a legal obligation or hold, it is retained for that purpose. Records in your own Google Drive, bank, QuickBooks, or other connected account remain subject to your control and that provider's retention practices. Deleting information from SVENTK does not automatically delete those outside records.

8. Your requests and choices

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, an export, deletion, or information about our handling of your data. Identify the business and what you are requesting without sending passwords or sensitive attachments. We will verify your identity and authority, identify the affected systems, and respond as required by applicable law. We may need additional information to locate records or protect another person's information.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, objections or restrictions, and withdrawal of consent. A request does not require us to disclose another customer's information or disregard a legal obligation. We will explain any applicable exception. If your information was supplied by another business using SVENTK, direct your request to that business first; we can help identify the appropriate contact when possible.

You can manage optional connections through the connected provider's controls. If marketing messages are offered, you can use their unsubscribe or opt-out instructions. Necessary account, billing, and security messages may still be sent.

9. Security and session cookies

Current application controls include authenticated business access checks, encrypted connection tokens, HTTPS, and restricted session cookies. No service can guarantee complete security. Contact [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a data-integrity issue.

The signed-in SVENTK app uses a first-party session cookie to maintain your sign-in. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but doing so may prevent sign-in or other required functions. The app also uses temporary browser memory for the conversation described above. We will disclose additional optional cookie or tracking uses before enabling them where notice or consent is required.

10. Children and policy changes

SVENTK is intended for business users who are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a service directed to them. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information inappropriately.

We may update this policy as the service develops. We will show the updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for material changes. Changes to Jeanette's capabilities do not remove the authorization and Google Limited Use commitments above.

11. SMS updates and consent

When you opt into SVENTK LLC SMS updates, we collect the name, mobile number, message, and consent information you provide through our signup widget. We use this information to respond to your requests and provide the informational or transactional account, service, and support messages you request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may provide information to messaging providers and other service providers only as needed to operate and support the messaging service, or where disclosure is required by law. The provider and business-transaction provisions above do not authorize the sale or transfer of SMS consent for another party's marketing.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS updates or HELP for assistance. You may also contact [email protected]. Opting out of SMS does not prevent necessary communications through other permitted channels. We retain consent and opt-out records as needed to honor your choices, operate the service, and meet applicable obligations. See our SMS program terms and SMS signup page. SMS delivery begins only after registration approval and service activation.
